Heavenly Father,
I come before You, seeking Your guidance and grace as I strive to live out my faith in the marketplace. I acknowledge that all I have, including my creativity, time, and resources, come from You. You have blessed me abundantly, and I desire to use these gifts to bless others and glorify Your name.
Lord, You have endowed me with creativity, a unique ability to think, innovate, and create. Help me to be generous with this gift, using my creativity to benefit those around me. May my ideas, solutions, and innovations not only advance my work but also reflect Your divine inspiration. Let my creativity be a source of blessing and encouragement to my colleagues and clients, showing them Your limitless creativity and love.

“Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.”.

And the things you have heard me say in the presence of many witnesses entrust to reliable people who will also be qualified to teach others.

Living Out Faith in the Workplace:
Embracing Generosity |
Every month, we will be discussing the 10 ATTRIBUTES, an initiative that leads career-minded men through a transformational experience that develops business leaders who are intentional about integrating their faith with their work. This month, we have a unique opportunity to dive deeper into our spiritual lives and embrace the theme of "Living a life of generosity" |
- Walking daily in intimacy with Jesus Christ
-
Living in accountable relationships with believers
- Sharing faith in Christ in my sphere of influence
- Helping others grow spiritually through life-on-life discipleship
- Living an integrated life with proper life priorities
- Living a life of generosity
- Applying biblical principles in all areas of my life
- Maintaining a standard of excellence with integrity
- Genuinely caring for people
- Living out God’s call on my life.

Living out one's faith in the workplace is a calling that goes beyond attending church on Sundays or participating in Bible studies. It is about taking what we have learned in church or Bible study and applying those principles of Christ in every aspect of our lives, including our professional environments. Often at work this feels risky, and we let spiritual opportunities pass.
One of the most profound ways we can live out our faith at work is through the attribute of generosity. The Bible provides us with a rich tapestry of guidance on this topic, encouraging us to be generous not just with our money but also with our time, talents, and resources. Let’s explore some generous thoughts and plant the idea of kindness is a generous opportunity for every day and everywhere. Can you imagine how pleased God would be if Christians were known as the most kind. READ MORE…

Being a mentee is about being open, getting heard, and gaining support. Welcome the questions you might have missed and the perspectives of those who have walked a similar path. Mentor Link Up is here to help you connect with compassionate listeners who recognize the complexities of your journey. Let us assist you by connecting you with someone who truly understands and values your experiences. |
Being a mentor is about offering perspective, deflating tension, and exploring possibilities.
Contrary to the notion that mentors need to have all the answers or a remarkable success story, Mentor Link Up seeks to redefine mentoring. Here, a mentor is someone who can ask meaningful questions and slow life's pace for another by providing a safe space for thoughtful reflection. |
| Be a mentor - Get a mentor.
Men require companionship on their journey to manhood. Each man should actively seek several mentors to exchange ideas, aspirations, and concerns.
Participate in our monthly gathering, where three mentors and three mentees convene for introductions and meaningful conversations over three cups of coffee. This is a space for men to observe, inquire, and support one another. Be a part of our Band of Brothers – become a brother today! |

Who Stays - Who Goes What to Stop, Start, and Continue
The path of faith and leadership is most rewarding when SHARED with others. Collaboratively, leaders discover not only the art of building an excellent business but also the essence of living as a Marketplace Ambassador.
|
| Being with other leaders is huge. We work on real problems and opportunities! We get help and give help. Best of all we keep Jesus in the center.
|
We are not meant to do this life alone. As a businessman and as a follower of Jesus, you need other like-minded men to accompany you on your journey. CBMC’s Trusted Advisor Forums (TAF) is the perfect opportunity to connect with other Christ-centered businessmen and face life’s challenges with them at your side. |
I was so surprised at the quality of the people and how quickly we could help each other work and share with faith as a focus. It was pretty darn good.
